Father Ben welcomed us to St. Finbarr's church and lit a candle for each pupil.

Barry O'Donovan came with daughter, Raya (5th Class) and Guilermi from 4Honor Ju-Jitsu and Thai Boxing Club based at the Bantry bay Hotel. They gave us a great demonstration but don't try it at home.

We all got to meet my dog Saffie, even if it looks like Cillian was the only one there!

Well we picked the perfect morning to head off to the Goats Path Farm and Pod Park. We had a nosey around the pods, what a setting! We got up close with the sheep and goats followed by a short trek which incorporated a fairy forest! After a short refreshment break we hit the play park for swings and see-saw. A great day had by all. Huge thanks to Chris at the Pod Park and to Local Link, not only for our tour but also for getting us back from town and for our swimming trips.
