​Here in Our Lady of Mercy we are very fortunate to have our very own Multi-Sensory Room. The development of  Sensory Rooms began in the Netherlands in the 1970s providing stimulation to the various senses both to relax and calm. Pupils from special classes and mainstream avail of the room which features music, various different lighting elements and soft seating with plenty of strategically placed wall mirrors to maximise the visual effects.
