To celebrate Bonfire night we decided to use it as a theme for cooking, so first off, onion ash and smoked lamb. The rest we'll do tomorrow.
Our 10th Anniversary coffee morning was a great success. Thank you to everyone who contributed and to everyone who came on the day. Only a year until our 11th Anniversary!
Spicy squash soup with Hallowe'en pasta shapes, Parmesan crisps and pumpkin seed bread...quite a feast.
We made beef patties with low fat mince and pepper & paprika puree, wholemeal flatbreads, fried onion and salad...oh, and ketchup. Delicious and pretty healthy.
