Yes, Confirmation practice tomorrow so we went cooking on a Tuesday. Chicken in tomato sauce with Penne pasta. The pupils chose the ingredients for the tomato sauce including chilli, basil, salt, Worcestershire sauce, white wine vinegar and sugar. The chicken thighs were roasted and the meat taken off the bone and mixed into the tomato sauce. Some bold people even crisped off the chicken skin to eat...in fairness they were the adults!
